You are invited to participate in The International Conference on Electronics and Software Science (ICESS2015) that will be held in Takamatsu, Japan, on July 20-22, 2015. The event will be held over three days, with presentations delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from keynote speakers and state-of-the-art lectures.

A special issue on ICESS2015 is planned in the Journal of IEEJ, i.e.,IEEJ Transactions C (Electronics, Information and Systems) for presented papers related to Electronics and Information Systems. The papers accepted for the special issue after normal reviews by IEEJ will be published in August, 2016. IEEJ (The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan) was established in 1888.

All registered papers will be published in SDIWC Digital Library, and in the proceedings of the conference.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. The published proceedings will be submitted for indexing in ResearchBib, ProQuest, ResearchGate, Academia and Google Scholar Databases. In addition, they will be reviewed for POSSIBLE inclusion within the INSPEC, EI, DBLP, and Microsoft Academic Research Databases. BEST selected papers will be published in one of the following special issues provided that the author do major improvements and extension within the time frame that will be set by the conference and his/her paper is approved by the chief editor:
